The Buildoffsite Property Assurance Scheme is the benchmark lenders and warranty providers use for offsite construction. It independently assesses the durability of the build system for a minimum 60-year life and audits the competence of the company designing, manufacturing and installing it. BOPAS is what makes a SEMCO home mortgageable and insurable on the same terms as a traditional one.
Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. In practice that means every module is inspected, signed off and recorded at each stage of production before the next begins. A client can trace any module from frame to handover.
Our environmental management system is certified to ISO 14001:2015. It governs how we source timber, manage waste, control emissions from the factory and measure the carbon performance of what we build. It is the system behind the figures on our Sustainability page.
Government-backed certification of our baseline cyber security controls. Public-sector clients, framework operators and defence supply chains require it as a minimum; we hold it across the systems that carry client designs, BIM models and project data.
Constructionline Gold with the Common Assessment Standard: the single pre-qualification recognised across public-sector and main-contractor supply chains. Our governance, financial standing, insurance, health and safety and environmental information are verified in one place, so buyers can appoint us without repeating pre-qualification.

Occupational health and safety management. Our factory already operates to the standard’s requirements; certification will formalise it.
The audited tier of Cyber Essentials, with independent technical verification of our controls. Relevant to defence and central-government work.
Full information security management system. Planned to follow Cyber Essentials Plus.
BIM information management to the UK BIM Framework. Our design process already runs on a federated BIM model; this certifies the way we manage it.
Accreditations prove a system works. Memberships and charters say what we have committed to beyond it. Both are scored at tender, and both are evidenced in the same place.

Signatory. We report social value on every public project using the TOMS framework: local employment, apprenticeships, supply-chain spend and community benefit, measured in pounds and hours.
