Our Mission

To be the South East’s leading provider of industrialised construction solutions. Modular buildings designed, manufactured and delivered to improve the way people live, learn, stay and work.

That is the whole job. Everything on this page, and everything in the factory, exists to do it better than the industry has managed so far.

Our Promise
We believe industrialised construction, integrated systems and intelligent technology combined with automation and AI can deliver consistently better outcomes and a better construction industry. Faster. Cleaner. More attractive. More accountable.

These are the four things a client, a funder, a planner or a new recruit should be able to measure us against, and the standard we run the factory to.

What That Means For You

Five QuestionsEvery Buyer Asks.

01

Faster

“When can we occupy?”

The programme is fixed at the first gate and held. Modules are manufactured while groundworks proceed, installed in days and handed over on the date agreed. For a housing officer with families in temporary accommodation, or a head with September to hit, the date is the product.

02

Cleaner

“What is the carbon and site impact?”

A build system independently assessed at 90% lower embodied carbon than a conventional build. Fewer deliveries, less waste, a fraction of the disruption to neighbours. Figures you can put in a planning statement or a tender, with the methodology attached.

03

More Attractive

“Who is going to build it, and will they want to?”

An industry people choose to join: a career indoors, with technology at the centre of the job. The buildings follow. Spaces people want to live, learn, stay and work in, designed in full before manufacture.

04

More Accountable

“Who do we call when something is wrong?”

Us. One contract, one team, one system of record. Every module is inspected and recorded under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system, and the client sees the same data we do. No surprises, for the client or for each other.

05

Consistently Better

“Will the twentieth building be as good as the first?”

Yes, because it is the same product. A standardised build system, controlled change and integrated workflows from design to handover mean the detail, the planning and the execution are repeated, not reinvented.

Our Values

Precision, Quality, AccountabilityAnd Sustainability. Measured.

Precision, long-term quality, accountability and sustainability are engineered into the build system, not added at the end. Every module is inspected and recorded under our ISO 9001-certified quality management system, and every claim we make is one we can evidence to a client.

01

Precision

Every building starts as a BIM model and is manufactured to factory tolerances, inspected at every stage and backed up by real-time data from the factory floor.

02

Long-Term Quality

A BOPAS-assessed build system designed for a minimum 60-year life, with materials specified for durability and every inspection recorded for the life of the building.

03

Accountability

One team from brief to handover. Clear roles, clear authority, and a system of record any client, auditor or lender can inspect.

04

Sustainability

Lower embodied carbon that is measured and certified, not claimed. An ISO 14001 environmental management system, and buildings designed to be relocated rather than demolished.

Our Purpose

To Create Spaces That Improve How PeopleLive, Learn, Stay and Work.

In a smarter, more efficient and more sustainable way. The homes we build give people somewhere to live. The classrooms, workplaces and leisure buildings we make are used every day by people who will never know our names. That is the point. The work is about them, not us.
