SEMCO has not yet delivered a scheme on the defence estate. This page sets out the capability we have built and what we intend to do with it. We would rather say that plainly than imply a track record we don’t have.

Our factory, our process and our accreditations are the ones used on our housing and education work. The building type changes; the manufacturing does not.

We can supply modules to a prime, or deliver a complete building with groundworks and scheme management. Either way, one accountable manufacturer.

We are working towards the accreditations and framework positions the estate expects of its supply chain, and we are in conversation with primes who need volumetric capacity in the South East. When we have delivered a scheme, it will be on this page with the numbers. Until then, what we can offer is a factory you can walk round, an accredited process, and capacity we can commit to.
We are open to conversations with primes, frameworks and estate teams. Come and see the factory — visits take an hour.
